Packaging:

Our commitment to quality extends to our packaging. Products are encased in boxes covered with a protective paper layer. Each item is individually wrapped in paper, ensuring the safety of fragile items like bottles. We prefer not to use any plastic, however, using a single top layer is possible as per weather conditions. This plastic can be reused or a new one.

Order Processing and Delivery:

Once your order is processed, we meticulously inspect each product to ensure it meets our quality standards. After passing the final quality check, your items are carefully packed and entrusted to our reliable delivery partners.

Our delivery partners strive to deliver your package within 7 days of dispatch. If they encounter difficulty reaching your provided address or delivering at a suitable time, they will contact you for resolution.

International Shipping:

For international shipments, customers are responsible for paying customs duties to the courier provider. NaturEcoIndia does not charge import duties levied by the customer’s government.

Order Tracking:

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation message via your registered email and phone number. We aim to prepare and dispatch your order within 24 hours.

Estimated Delivery Time:

While most orders are dispatched within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays), certain products may require sourcing or customization. In such cases, delivery may take longer. Once the delivery partner picks up the product, the estimated total delivery time is 7 to 15 days for locations outside Jaipur. For local Jaipur deliveries, orders can be fulfilled instantly upon request or typically within 1-3 days.

For international orders, delays may occur due to logistics, public holidays, etc. During Mega Sale events, dispatches may be slightly delayed due to increased volumes.

Shipping Charges:

Standard shipping charges apply to most addresses:

• India Shipping Charges: Rs. 90 per 500 gms
• International Shipping Charges: Starts from Rs. 2200 per 500 gms and depends on location. Get in touch with our customer care directly for any International order. International orders are accepted with order value only above Rs. 2000.

Cash On Delivery orders are currently not accepted.

International Shipping Beyond India:

Currently, we ship to all major global locations served by India Post. However, we are actively working on expanding international delivery to other countries, so stay tuned for updates!

Shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of any refund, the cost of return shipping will be
deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product.
