Returns & Refunds
Our Return Policy
Due to the personal nature of our skincare, bath, and body products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened or used, for hygiene reasons.
However, we have a 7-day return policy for unused, unopened, and undamaged items in their original packaging, starting from the date you receive your item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@natureco.in within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item/package so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used personal care products (soaps, lotions, balms).
- Custom products (such as special orders, personalized hampers, or corporate gifts).
- Sale items or gift cards.
Refund Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@natureco.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
