Thank you for shopping with NaturEcoIndia. We take great care in packaging and shipping your handcrafted products. Below is our shipping policy.

Order Processing Time

All retail orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

For Corporate or bulk gifting orders, processing times will be discussed and agreed upon during the quotation phase.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer:

• Standard Shipping: ₹100 flat rate anywhere in India (Delivery in 5-7 business days).
• Free Shipping: Available on all orders over ₹1,500.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our reach globally—stay tuned!

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@natureco.in with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
